Spring is in the air and we’re celebrating with a new seasonal menu at Hunter Gatherer. As the weather improves, we’re excited to bring more delicious and fresh ingredients from our farms to your plate. For this season’s menu, we’re introducing new options to our classic Hunter Gatherer bowl, as well as a new pasta dish. Bright and refreshing flavors are a major theme in these colorful dishes. Southeast Asian cuisine provided inspiration for many menu items and you’ll find the versatile, early spring-crop cauliflower pop up throughout.

BASE: Cauli-“Rice” (vegetarian, gluten-free, dairy-free)

The delicious and low-carb Cauli-“Rice” is perfect for paleo diets. The fluffy grated cauliflower florets are mixed with bits of broccoli and infused with flavor from the garlic, shallots, salt, and parsley. Smoked almonds, cashews, sunflower seeds, and pumpkin seeds add a crunchy texture and heart-healthy fats.
